DH Support ticket system

Hi

Could you tell us which support ticket system DH are using in dPanel, I can't find anything similar and it's exactly what I am looking for.

Is it home grown or something which can be downloaded?

Hi,

Sorry for the delay in response, the DH support ticket is actually a custom one but there are plenty of decent support ticket systems that you can use, there are several in the fantastico library which you have on your account.

osTicket might be one option worth looking at but like I said there are several options. Let me know if I can help with anything else.
