| Hi guys, Can I get an honest opinion of the service D-H offer, I need a reseller package as I run several small low bandwidth sites, I am currently paying £9.99 a month for a service which has recently been very unreliable, and has new been offline for 2 days, with no information from my supplier. I rely on the email working for work so it is important that everything works well. So please let me know if you think it will be worth signing up with them. |

| The service is pretty reliable, and the admins are eager to help, but bear in mind that this is a budget host - you should be able to perform basic maintenance yourself, and don't expect the support to be super-wizards who can solve every problem. |

| The sites work fine as they are so I don't need that kind of support, what I need is reliable email and the ability of the data centre staff to be able to reset or reboot the server when it goes down, and not leave its customers without a service for 3 days without so much as an email or message posted on thier website saying what's going on. |

| They had a DDoS attack recently that took a few days to fix. Today they screwed up an upgrade and PHP no longer worked, they fixed that after I raised a ticket, and I then found they had not enabled EXIF functions, that was fixed after I raised another ticket. The upgrade problems are the same that I have had on a more expensive 'professional' i.e. expensive hosting services So for the price I can't complain and they do fix things once you report them. |

| In my opinion, this service is fantastic. My websites have never been down for more than say 30 minutes every few months and the the support team with D-H is the fastest and most useful I have ever experienced with such an affordable host. |

| I have been with Dream Hosting since November 2006 and for a budget host offer a good deal. Like all providers downtime is a way of life but I must say I cant remember any long outages. I would soon know about them as soon as my clients have a problem. The support is good but as quoted for a budget service dont expect an instant response except for higher priority calls. Of all the issues I have presented to the support team, all have been resolved to my satifisfaction. Ray |
