First i will say i have been hosted by you now for around 6 months and i find your hosting very good for the low prices..

however, i have noticed that my account is on a US server when at first i signed up because i was told you where using UK based servers, do you have UK servers?. not that it has been any hassle but from time to time i cannot access my website because my ISP (virgin) is sometimes not good between UK and US..

also i am thinking of purchasing a reseller package from you, only the smallest one to start with which i would like be on a UK server, would that be possible?.

Hi,

Although we are a UK company, all our staff, office etc is based in the UK our actual web servers are based in the US ( this allows us to keep our prices low ).
