| Hi, I have a couple of domain names hosted externally which are email and web forwarded to my old ISP email and web space. I'm not quite sure how your system works. Do I get an account with webspace and email which I need to point my external domain to or does my website with you become the name of my external domain? ie if I sign up with dream-hosting, do I get something along the lines of 123abc@dream-hosting which I point at, or will my dream-hosting become something like www.myexternalwebsite.co.uk? Sorry if the question is a bit basic. Ray D |

| Hi, Basically we will host your site fully, which means the site will need to be uploaded to our servers then vistors will access it via the url: www.myexternalwebsite.co.uk You will also be able to setup as many email accounts as you like in the format: what_ever_you_want@myexternalwebsite.co.uk If you already own the domain you will just need to change the name servers to point to the hosting with us, the current company who manages the domain should either be able to do this for you or provide a control panel that allows you to do it. The name servers would be allocated to you and sent in the account setup email once the account is activated. Let me know if I can help with anything else. Admin |
