Problems accessing my cpanel.

Hi, since today for some reason i cant access my cpanel. Ive been using the same user and pass since i had signed up and have not changed it.

I can log on to the ftp with thoes user details but not the cpanel....

I need to update my site.....

Help.... plus when loading the cpanel its so slow alnog with my website. i mean dead slow.... whats wrong

whats happend. my site is dead slow on loading pages.

im not using mysql for any of my pages so no data base slowness.

Hi,

There are no reported server issues but can you submit a support ticket in the members area incase we need to discuss passwords etc.
