| I recently switched hosting services to dream hosting, and have been unable to get my email to download through a mail client. I have tried every setting suggested by the control panel, and used the auto configurations. However every-time I try to check for new mail I get an error of an incorrect password, and yes I have tried changing the password to ensure I am entering the correct one. Has anybody else had a similar issue? or can shed any light on this, much thanks! |

| You would get this error if you just have the mailbox name in the account name box in outlook express. Ie you must enter john@domain.com not just john. regards Bob |
