Add Attachments to Support Requests

It would be helpful if it were possible to add attachments to Support Requests so that we can show screen dumps of error messages. Thanks.

Hi,

We are currently developing a new version of the Dpanel. There are many additional features + improved features from the current version, adding attachments to the support tickets is one such feature.

Glad to hear that. Can I request that if a new version of Dpanel is being done, please, please can there be some way of accessing old support items. This is important as I can refer back to what has been reported and any solutions that were implemented or suggested.

Hi,

Yes all old support tickets will still be available to view in the dpanel, there will also be a search so that you can search your support tickets for something specific.

Hi,

Its slightly behind schedule at the moment but it well under way. It shouldn't be ready in the near future, the problem we are having is that we keep thinking of more useful features and feel that should be included in the initial release!
