C panel password

If i change the cpanel password, am i right in thinking this also changes the default ftp password? and if so then could the ftp password be amended on the "your hosting"summary window in dpanel.

Also, theres a link to update the dpanel password with the cpanel one with "is coming soon" is that one of the same thing as above.

BTW: a brilliant service from dream-hosting, many thanks

Hello there,

Yes changing the cpanel password will also change your default ftp account password.

If you wish to have the new password updated on the dpanel system please put in a support ticket with the site and the new password and someone will update it for you.
