 Honest Opinion
I have been with Dream Hosting since November 2006 and for a budget host offer a good deal. Like all providers downtime is a way of life but I must say I cant remember any long outages.
I would soon know about them as soon as my clients have a problem. The support is good but as quoted for a budget service dont expect an instant response except for higher priority calls.
Of all the issues I have presented to the support team, all have been resolved to my satifisfaction.
