They had a DDoS attack recently that took a few days to fix.
Today they screwed up an upgrade and PHP no longer worked, they fixed that after I raised a ticket, and I then found they had not enabled EXIF functions, that was fixed after I raised another ticket.
The upgrade problems are the same that I have had on a more expensive 'professional' i.e. expensive hosting services
So for the price I can't complain and they do fix things once you report them. |
