Hi Azurael,
I don't think we can reasonably expect zero downtime for £9.99 a year! Servers, routers, the BT pipe (or its US equivalent whatever), it's all machines, they're all going to go wrong sometimes! The way I look at it, suppose I hosted my own site on my own server: running at say 100 watts, electricity price 5p a unit, that's 12p a day, 365x12/100 = £43.80 a year! Just to power the server, before I start paying for an internet connection! If I wanted zero downtime I'd need a second server as a back-up preferably at a remote location, definitely doubling my spend - it's not feasible for the money! Personally I'm stunned at what a good service DH do provide.
