I think Coldfusion 8 can only run on Windows platforms which are currently not available on dream-hosting.
For a list of CF hosts try the adobe website but CF hosting does not come cheaply.
However if you are looking for cms systems there are many available that run on the php/mysql platforms available here.
You will also find much better online support through the many php forums available on the internet.
